Term	Definition
ARN	Amazon Resource Names uniquely identify AWS resources. AWS require an ARN when you need to specify a resource unambiguously across all of AWS, such as in IAM policies, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) tags, and API calls.
CCP	Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel is the default, out of the box, Amazon Connect Agent UI. When using Symbee Connect, this is replaced by the Symbee Connect UI.
IdP	Identity Provider is a system where you can maintain your master list of Users and their primary authentication credentials and offers “user authentication as a service” to other applications in your enterprise.
